Course Overview

This course has been designed to as a follow up Adobe Captivate Level 1 lesson. Delegates will be introduced to some of the more advanced features of Captivate.

Prerequisites

For delegates to attend this course, they should be confident users of a pc, demonstrating the ability to save, open and close files and have attended the Adobe Captivate Level 1 course. Good knowledge of the basic office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) would be an advantage.

Objectives

Delegates will be able to:

Plan and design a Project Menu builder system to control a number of movies
Managing the flow of the movie through Branching view
Customise buttons, playback controls and captions within the movie
Add Advanced quiz features with many different types of questions
Export all captions to word for editing then reimport to update the movie
Use some of the advanced typing capture options
Export your movie to XML for translation then import back in
Add zoom in capability, slide grey out and clever sidelets
Integrate your movie with a Learning Management System to record assessment/quiz scores
