differing levels of support when it comes to you and your database to ensure you get exactly what you need.
Level 1 Support
At level 1 support, you attend our scheduled access course in order to learn how to create your own database.
Best for: This is the best option for the DIY person, with the ability to devote large amounts of time to create a database and who may not need an instant working database to handle high pressure use.
Level 2 Support
At level 2 support, you attend our scheduled access course in order to learn how to create your own database. After you have attended the course, we come to your workplace, discuss your requirements and design a table structure with you which you understand. This will kick start your project. The normal time taken for this added service is two days on average.
Best For: This is the best option for people who need a database up and running, knowing they have a good foundation in place which they understand, and can build on.
Level 3 Support
At level 3 support, we build your entire database for you and then train you on how to use it. This is the quickest way to get a professionally written database.
Best For: This is the best option for people who need a database up and running in the fastest possible time, especially for high pressure use.
